Из акрилайта создают вывески, с полной ответственностью относимые к световым.
Гравировка выполняется на современных фрезерных станках, качество контролируется компьютером. Такое оборудование позволяет создавать на материале любые изображения. Для повышения эстетического содержания акрилайтовых вывесок применяются виниловые пленки, с помощью которых рисунок на акрилайте оживляют, делают динамичным.
Поскольку вывеска располагается у всех на виду, к ней предъявляются высокие эстетические требования, причем не только к лицевой ее части, но и к торцам. Для этого вывески тщательно готовят: создается эстетичный корпус из алюминиевого профиля, внутрь помещается люминесцентная лампа. Пластина с рекламным сообщением прочно зажимается профилем, причем таким образом, что создается впечатление, будто пластина ни к чему не прикреплена, как бы провисает.
Однако технологии пошли дальше, и теперь внутрь акрилайта помещается не люминесцентная лампа, а светодиодные источники света. Их применение позволило значительно продлить срок службы конструкции, а заодно экспериментировать с цветом. Упростилась и сборка акрилайта, уменьшилась масса и габариты конструкции.
Светодиоды открыли широкие возможности для дизайна, ведь имеется возможность управлять каждым светодиодом в отдельности, создавать различные алгоритмы включения подсветки. Мало того, благодаря использованию светодиодов изготовление акрилайтов удешевилось.
Специалисты считают, что за акрилайтом большое будущее – его потенциал далеко не исчерпан. Расширяется и сфера его применения – теперь его используют не только для изготовления интерьерной рекламы, но и для отделки мебели, оформления интерьеров.
